This unique region is easy to access from Stockholm and Turku, from where cruise ships and ferries pass through the area and all the way out to the smallest, inhabited islands. Mariehamn, the capital of the autonomous region Åland, is well connected from Stockholm, Turku and Helsinki.

You will pass Martha´s Inn, if you take the "Archipelago trail". It´s easy to find us and you can actually reach us by any means of transport (not counting trains and jetplanes).
The beach, the Guest Harbour and all the local sevices are within a short walking distance from us. The central location does not mean "noisy neighborhood" in this case! We would rather carachterise our place as a harmonic and peaceful Inn!
Martha is approaching 100 years!
Like anything or anybody approaching 100 years of age, the long history gives an aura of respect and a legacy worth keeping alive. So if you are looking for an modern approach to the design and interior, you will be disappointed! On the other hand, if you are looking for something old fashioned and outside the "mainstream" - we have the perfect place!
With single-, double- and family rooms, - even one with an own small kitchen (for those who like to enjoy the scenary a bit longer) - we are well equipped for hosting you and your family.
Options
Even if you are not considering staying at Martha´s Inn, we can warmly recommend that you stop by for a coffee, ice-cream, home baked pies and cookies, etc. on our sunny terrace. You can also by home baked dark bread (local speciality), and other bakery products to take with you home or as a gift!

Driving instructions When arriving from Turku, Kaarina and Parainen, there is one car-ferry between Parainen and Nauvo. The ferry goes every 15 min. The journey takes about 10 minutes. Click to open ferry time tables.
From the ferry, there is abt. 15 min car drive to the center of Nauvo. Directly after the church you turn to the right and up to the left you can see our white building facing the churh park.
During the summer you can also reach Nauvo from the Naantali direction with a car-ferry that goes from Aasla in Rymättylä. The journey takes abt 1 hour, and the ferry arrives in the guest-harbour in Nauvo, from which there is walking distance (300m) to us.
